Hand washing station is fully supplied. Quats surface sanitizer 400ppm available. High temperature dishwasher measured 71°C at the plate level. Walk-in cooler measured 4°C or less and food is protected from contamination. Walk-in freezer measured -18°C or less. FoodSafe level 1 certified staff present at time of inspection.
