- Some ceiling tiles were missing, and paint was peeling from the ceiling above the pool. Investigate and remove the source of moisture and repair the ceiling/replace missing tiles.
- 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
- Emergency phone was not provided to the customers and the safety and supervision plan related to customers supervision was not being followed. Please update the Safety and Supervision Plan.
