- The soap dispenser in the men's shower was empty. Please replenish on an on-going and as needed basis.
- 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
- The emergency phone has been removed from the lobby area. The Pool Safety and Supervision Plan must be updated to include telephone access and emergency telephone numbers. If facility intends to have patrons bring their cellphone with them, update signage to reflect this and ensure emergency telephone numbers are posted in the pool area.
