   • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
     • The fridge door handle in the back had duct tape on it. This surface is not smooth, non-porous or easily cleanable. Please fix or replace fridge door handle. There was a smell coming from the wastewater container under the hand sink.
