      • The flooring of the walk in freezer was observed to have an accumulation of debris. **Clean.

      • The sanitizer dispenser for the three-compartment sink was measured at a concentration of 0ppm quats. The sanitizer was dispensed at a very low pressure. Correct issue with sanitizer line to ensure a concentration of 200ppm quats is achieved. *Ongoing violation - Staff indicated that maintenance had claimed issue was corrected. Sanitizer dispenser appeared unchanged from previous inspection, recorded at 0ppm across multiple test strips. Have maintenance prove correction via test strip verification, then notify PHI to resolve violation.

      • The hand wash sink for the coffee area did not contain any liquid soap in its vicinity. Acquire soap for this area.

      • -The catch under the coffee drinks machine had a build-up of residue-The area under and beside the milk shelf in the walk-in cooler had a build-up of residue and moldClean indicated areas.
