      • 1) The diapering mat in Red Room was torn at two corners exposing the foam padding.2) The bottom fabric of the diapering mat in Purple Room is difficult to thoroughly clean. Debris and hair accumulation was noted on the fabric and under the mat.- Diapering mats to be replaced and must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.

      • There was a lack of hot water noted at the handwashing sinks in the central washroom, orange room, yellow room, green room, baby room, and red room at the time of the inspection. Maximum water temperature ranged from 22C to 28C and was decreasing throughout the inspection.- Handwashing faucets shall have a sufficient amount of hot water that does not exceed 54C and be warm enough to encourage handwashing. Hot water at the handwashing sinks in Purple Room measured 44.3C and Teal Room measured 49C, which was satisfactory.
