      • On discussion with the operator, it was discovered that the Gillette shave cream observed on a shelf above the handwash sink was used for craft that involves direct skin contact. -Please discontinue craft/play that requires direct contact with shaving cream. -Shaving cream can be safely used as a sensory tool by placing it in a sealed Ziplock bag.

      • A spray bottle of bleach sanitizing solution was not labeled. All chemicals used in a childcare facility must be properly labeled to identify their content. Operator labeled the bottle of bleach sanitizing solution during inspection.
