      • Repair / or replace cover on dumpster. Birds & other vermin must not be able to get in. Perform daily or more cleaning of waste area. Cleaning required of staff washroom toilet. Expired AHP product discarded and supply replenished during inspection (corrected). Verify AHP produce wash concentration daily with every use. Remove debris pile from garbage area whereas it is a potential harbourage site for rodents.

      • Immediately clean up oil and food soils outside at waste disposal area. All wastes must be stored inside verminproof bins. Repair / or replace bin with cover removed. Birds & other vermin must not be able to get in. Perform daily or more cleaning of waste area. Cleaning required of walk-in cooler, staff washroom, and under counter cooler. Acquire test strips / kit for AHP sanitizer and verify any expiry dates. Correct function of urinal so it flushes properly.

    • 19(2)(b) - OPERATOR FAILING TO PROVIDE ADEQUATELY DESIGNED & APPROPRIATELY LOCATED HANDWASHING FACILITIES.
      • Clean dispenser in front servery. Clean aerator on rear handwash so water flow not restricted. Keep paper towel inside dispenser in staff washroom.

      • Clean up food wastes and debris in refuse area. Obtain refuse bin with cover. Keep birds or other pests out of garbage. Monitor daily. Maintain Pest Control operator records available on-site. Seven containers of expired AHP sanitizer to be removed from premises. Old dish rack (disintegrating) to be discarded (corrected during inspection). Clean black residue off light in toaster area. Replace soft insulation ceiling tile in dry storage. Clean front faces of kitchen equipment and behind and top of equipment on front servery counter. Replenish supply of AHP vegetable sanitizer at mix station.(corrected during inspection).
    • 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF FOOS SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDUBLE OR UNSAFE.
      • Front dairy dispenser not holding product <= 4C. Small amount discarded voluntarily. Have unit serviced / adjusted and holding <=4C before reuse. Operator to manage issue.
    • 8(2) - OPERATOR FAILING TO POST PERMIT IN A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION IN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT.
      • Operator responsible to obtain food establishment permit and display for public view.

      • Cleaning required of most racks in walk-in cooler. Remove for credit / disposal expired in front janitors closet. Perform deep cleaning / soak to remove color on plastic polymer part of tomato slicer. Perform cleanup of refuse area daily to remove food sources, from pests, fill in burrows in ground, provide bait station and follow any / all PCO recommendations. One item not time stamped voluntarily discarded. Replace paper towel dispenser in staff washroom.

A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • Dump tray counter unit requires cleaning & repair to seal /secure bottom. Replace two light tubes in kitchen. Correct urinal flush handle function male washroom. Operator to follow PCO recommendations and complete them.

A food establishment must develop and demonstrate policies and procedures for personnel that ensure that a person entering a food handling area or engaging in an operation in a food establishment who comes into contact with food meets all of the following: (a) the person is clean and sanitary and shows good personal hygiene;
      • Foodhandlers with beards must also wear beard nets during work and refrain from behaviors that may contaminate hands.

      • Clean under counter refrigerated drawer unit. Dump tray counter unit requires cleaning & repair to seal /secure bottom. Replace two light tubes in kitchen. Correct plugged condensate tray in walk-in cooler. Manage issue until corrected. Correct air conditioning unit conedsate leak and properly manage issue so water does not damage foods stored. Provide usable sanitizer product for produce / surface sanitizer immediately. See manufacturer for more information. Product appears to be expired.
