      • For sit down type foodservice operations a fully accessible washroom is required and accessibility at entrance, pathways and building verified.

      • Bait not to be used in food establishment or present. One bait station removed at time of inspection (corrected during inspection). Cleaning now due behind & under equipment.

      • Fix outside gutter and replace it. Do not collect water in container. It is a water source for pests / rodents. Operator will monitor daily chlorine sanitizer & temperature and keep records.
