      • Provide accurate and easily readable thermometer to front retail dairy cooler and add it to daily monitoring & records.

      • Refrigerated preparation table above 40F /4C in foods & requires adjustment / service so food held at <= 40F / 4C at all times. Have refrigeration units also cleaned to remove heavy dust buildups.

      • Clean/ sanitize toilet fixture and tighten it in male washroom. Clean/sanitize front pop & dairy cooler. Clean / sanitize walk-in cooler in back and on right hand side. Beardnets provide and put in use during inspection (corrected). Clean cowl on ice dispenser.
    • 29(3) - FAILING TO IDENTIFY CLEANING & SANITIZING AGENT USED IN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, INCLUDING CONCENTRATIONS AND USES, IN MAINTENANCE CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM.
      • Spray bottle with no labelling to be removed and labelled appropriately.
