A code of "A4" was also observed on the electronic display. Please ensure the dishwasher is capable of reaching a minimum temperature of 71 degrees Celsius at the dish level.

- The temperature of the fridges located in the Infant room was 8C (adjusted during the inspection) and Preschool room was 6.5C (adjusted during the inspection). Ensure that the fridges are at 4C or lower.

- Pest control records were not maintained since September 2023. It was completed during the inspection.
