- Sterility assurance documentation was not being retained with client care records for microneedling.REQUIREMENT: Sterility information for any critical equipment (i.e. microneedling cartridges) must be retained with every client care record. Information to be retained should include manufacturer, lot numbers, expiration date, method of sterilization.
