      • 4 June 2026 - Outstanding- The thermometer was not accurately recording the dishwasher temperature.*Repair or replace the thermometer. Ensure that the dishwasher reaches a minimum temperature of 71°C at plate level during operation.

      • - Wet, used cleaning cloths were observed on the counter.*Staff placed them in the laundry basket during the inspection.Action Required:Ensure proper handling of cleaning cloths to minimize bacterial growth.Please ensure to do one of the following:- Use single-use disposable paper towels; or- Use cloths once and placing them directly into the laundry after use; or- Store reusable cloths fully submerged in an appropriate sanitizer solution between uses.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • - Chlorine based sanitizer solution was tested as 800 ppm.*Staff reprepared the solution and tested as 100 ppm.
