      • The toilet lever of the middle toilet located in the women's washroom was observed to be cracked, exposing sharp edges.Please repair the toiler level to ensure the sharp edges are eliminated.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Children's bags, jackets, and other belongings were observed to be stored on the floor and in direct contact with one another.Please ensure children's belongings are stored separately to prevent potential cross-contamination. Acceptable options include baskets or containers with smooth surfaces that can be disinfected, single-use bags, or reusable bags that are laundered weekly. Other suitable alternatives may be discussed with the undersigned PHI.

      • The toilet located in the women's washroom on the far right was not flushing.Please repair the toilet to ensure it is fully operational.
