- The laundry washer does not have a sanitizing cycle, and staff were unable to demonstrate an alternative method for sanitizing the machine.*Chlorine (bleach) can be used to disinfect the washer (either in tablet or liquid form) in accordance as per manufacturer’s instructions to ensure proper disinfection.

- - Gillette Foamy shaving cream was in use for sensory play.*Staff discarded the shaving cream. Shaving creams are toxic.**Ensure only non-toxic age-appropriate tools are used.

- Elmer’s glue, labeled as not suitable for children under 3 years of age, was stored in an unlocked lower cabinet in the room.**Staff relocated the glue to an upper cabinet during the inspection.*Ensure that only age-appropriate materials and equipment are accessible to children. Items that are not suitable for certain age groups must be stored securely and out of reach.

- The soap dispensers at the hand sinks were not working properly, and soap was not coming out of the dispenser. Please ensure the soap dispensers are working at all times. Violation corrected onsite.
