      • The quats surface sanitizer was measured at 0 ppm. - The operator replaced the sanitizer with a new bottle, and it was measured at 200 ppm. The sanitizer in use is prediluted so do not dilute it further.

      • 1. The temperature of the refrigerator where the brown bag lunch is stored was 6C. Please ensure the temperature of the refrigerator is 4C or less. 2. The temperature of the refrigerator was inaccurately measured or logged. The recorded temperature was around 25-22C. Please ensure temperature is accurately measured. The temperature of the refrigerator must be 4C or less. If the measured temperature is >4C, corrective actions should be written down in the log.
