     • Repat violation May 4th 2026: Many packaged food items displayed on retail shelves including but not limited to flour, spices, and dried vegetables. do not have adequate labelling.Packaging labels must clearly indicate:- The source of the food (e.g., the supplier’s name, or the store name if the product is repackaged on-site); and- The date of packaging/repackagingPrevious violation:Many packaged food items on retail shelves do not have adequate labels on packaging.    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
     • There was test strip to verify the concentration of chlorine being used for manual dishwashing. - Obtain chlorine test strips and use them regularly to verify the sanitizer concentration.
   • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
     • The back area where the two-compartment sink is located was disorganized which was impeding cleaning.- Organize and declutter the back area around the two-compartment sink by removing unnecessary items.
