      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Desserts (cakes, nanaimo bars, dessert cups) stored above 4C in the front sliding door display coolers (cooler #10 and cooler #2). Desserts were relocated to the walk in cooler and stand up cooler during the inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure cold potentially hazardous foods are stored at 4C or colder.

      • - Use a new wiping cloth each time
      • - Use a single use paper towel for wiping
