- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): This is a repeat violation. Interior of ice machine is not maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Corrective Action(s): Discard ice. Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine immediately. Ensure that the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized regularly. Send a picture of the cleaned ice machine to EHO by end of day today.

- Corrective Action(s): The dishwasher was primed by the operator during the inspection and a 50 ppm chlorine residual was detected at the plate surface after the final rinse cycle. Please ensure that staff are aware of how to prime the dishwasher and to monitor chlorine residual concentrations daily.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container of soaked chickpeas observed stored at room temperature. Staff stated it was rehydrated 30 minutes ago.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff moved container of rehydrated chickpeas into the cooler during the inspection. Rehydrated chickpeas are a potentially hazardous food and must be stored at/below 4C to prevent pathogen growth.

- Corrective Action(s): - Staff prepared a solution of bleach sanitizer - measured at 200ppm. Wiping cloths removed from counter. New cloth stored in wiping solution. DO NOT store used wiping cloths on the counter as it can be a breeding ground for bacteria - store the cloths fully submerged in the sanitizer solution. Ensure a new solution of bleach sanitizer is prepared daily.
