      • Cubs Room: observed bingo markers that don't have an approved product symbol and/or don't indicate that they are non-toxic. Please remove these from the facility.
    • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Kids Academy room: mouse droppings were observed under the handwashing sink cabinet. These were cleaned up during the inspection.Holes/gaps observed in the same cabinet - please seal the holes/gaps so that they are smooth, easy to clean, impervious to moisture (such as painted drywall or tile).

      • Cubs Room: a handwashing sink faucet in the bathroom is leaking.

      • - Client personal care items in the Fox room are being stored in contact with other client personal care items. Please ensure personal care items are stored individually to minimize contamination of care items.

      • - In the woodpecker room, personal care item storage container had dirt and debris on the inside of the containers.Please ensure personal care storage containers are in clean condition to minimize the risk of contamination to personal care items.

      • - In the woodpecker room, a broom and dustpan are being stored above personal care items.Please remove the cleaning equipment and store in an area away from personal care items and other incompatible activity, to minimize the risk of contamination.
