     • Cut onions, banana peppers and other toppings are stored a tray in cold water.Please ensure toppings are stored at 4 degrees Celsius or below. Alternative, ensure any cut-up vegetables stored at room temperature are discarded every 4 hours, or more frequently as required. Operator removed the water and added to ice during the inspection.
