      • 1) Drain pipe under the 2-comp dishwashing sink is leaking. The pooling water and food debris will attract and breed flies and other pests.
      • 2) The spray nozzle of the dishwashing sink is not anchored to the wall. This will cause damage to the water pipes and may leak to the pipes breaking/leaking.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • 1) Repair/replace the drain pipe so it no longer leaks. Clean the exterior surfaces of the drain pipe to remove the accumulated water and food debris.
      • 2) Anchor the spray nozzle to the wall.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Titan Refrigeration 2-door upright cooler is not maintaining adequate temperatures to maintain food safety (ie. 4 Celsius or colder). Currently, temperature inside unit is 10 degrees Celsius with ice build-up noted on the compressor unit.
      • Corrective Action(s): *Discard any potentially-hazardous foods that have been held inside the cooler for more than 2 hrs (ie. milk, creamers, etc.).
      • *Discontinue use of the cooler (for PHF foods) until temperature is restored to adequate levels for food safety (ie. 4 degrees Celsius or colder).
