     • Observation: Food contact surface sanitizer concentration measured 0ppm Chlorine.
     • Corrective Action(s): Operator made new solution at time of inspection. Make sure at least 100ppm Chlorine is used for sanitizing food contact surfaces. This level will kill microorganizms that can cause illness. To make solution, mix 30ml (2 tablespoon) of 5x, unscented bleach with 4.5L (1 gallon) of water.
     • Violation Score: 5
   • 210 - Food not thawed in an acceptable manner [s. 14(2)]
     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat thawed at room temperature
     • Corrective Action(s): Meat was still frozen, operator moved it to cooler to thaw.
     • Make sure that food is thawed by:
     • - moving frozen food into the refrigerator to thaw slowly
     • - Place frozen food in its original package or in clean container under cold running water
     • - Never leave frozen food on the counter at 100m temperature.
     • To prevent pathogens from growing in food and causing potential sickness.
