- *Update on May 20, 2026: Pest control company has been hired since April 15, 2025.Mouse droppings were observed in the following locations:** Junior Preschool: Sporadic droppings in the classroom corners** Toddler 2: Along the wall near the information board chart, by the cubbies near the shoe rack, and inside the craft cabinet. ** Kindergarten: Underneath the toy racks.Please ensure the following: - Contract the services of a licensed pest control company to address the rodent issue and submit all reports from the company to Alberta Health Services.- Discard all affected items that cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized.- Conduct a thorough deep cleaning and disinfect the facility using a 1000 ppm bleach solution. All mice droppings must be removed.- Declutter the facility and ensure no items are stored directly on the floor, as this can hinder regular cleaning efforts.- Wash all bedding and soft toys, then dry them in a hot air dryer.- Clean and disinfect all toys thoroughly.
