      • - A wet, J-cleaning cloth was observed on the prep table.*Staff removed the cleaning cloth and discarded in the bin. Please ensure that dirty cleaning cloths are not left in sinks, as this can promote the growth of germs. Cloths should either be stored in a sanitizing solution, used once and then placed in the laundry area. or discarded (if disposable).

      • - The handwashing sink was obstructed by dishes in the kitchen.*Please ensure the handwashing sink is fully accessible at all times to promote proper hand hygiene and is not used for any other purposes. The violation was corrected onsite.
