      • Quat sanitizer solution measured at 50 ppm, needs to be at minimum 200 ppm.- Staff prepared a 200 ppm quats solution and were instructed to test the sanitizer strength on a daily basis.

      • A washroom has been converted into a food/alcohol storage room however the toilet is still in place.- Remove the toilet or remove the alcohol/foods from this room.

      • Section of base boarding along the "west" wall is missing in the food handling area.
