- The owner confirmed that they had been in operation for 2 weeks without a food handling permit, and that the other owner was being dishonest in our previous conversation on Nov 2, 2023.*Be advised that no person shall obstruct, molest, hinder or interfere with a person in the execution of any duty imposed or in the exercise of any power conferred on the person by this Act or the regulations.
