      • The cooler in Chatime was at 9C. The cooler has mostly lower risk perishables.Lower and maintain the temperature at 4C.

      • OPA: The vertical broiler containing donair meat was turned off. The donair meat cone must be cooked continuously, even when slicing. A food handler must not turn off the vertical broiler to slow down the cooking of the cone.

      • Pizza Station: An insert containing fresh garlic in oil is being stored at room temperature. The operator is to leave the garlic oil inside the cooler.

      • The hot water tap at the hand sink behind the pizza station was turned off. Corrected.
