- Corrected during inspection. Ensure bleach (chlorine) sanitizer is at 100 ppm by adding half a teaspoon of bleach to one litre of water, verifying via test strips. Comments Handwashing sink was equipped with hot and cold running water, hand soap, and paper towel. Cooler temperatures measured at or below 4°C. Freezer temperature measured at or below -18°C. Dishwasher measured at 71.6°C on plate level using probe thermometer. Rodent traps were in place. Please ensure debris is cleared up regularly. Bleach sanitizer was available. Test strips for chlorine were available. Currently the facility serves ice cream and pre-packaged drinks. No cooking is allowed and menu is restricted. Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
