- Cleaning cloths were being used multiple times without being stored inside a sanitizer solution. The staff was educated on proper use of cleaning cloths as the facility uses sanitizer solution from spray bottles. Please either use paper towel/cleaning cloth once when wiping cleaning food contact surfaces with sanitizer or store cleaning cloths in a bucket of sanitizer solution when not in use.
