    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Fresh eggs at room temperature were observed. Operator declared that eggs were meant to be discarded but missed on doing so after lunch. This was corrected during inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Deep frier basket was blocking the hand sink. Ensure hand sink is always available for hand washing and not obstructed. This was corrected during inspection.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The sanitizer dispensing equipment was noted to be leaking. Water is pooling under the dishwashing area. Ensure equipment is repaired immediately.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Additional cleaning was observed to be needed for a few areas. Areas were discussed with the operator.

      • Probe thermometer was not observed.Please ensure a probe thermometer is made available to verify the internal temperature of food items.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Test strips were not available.Ensure that test strips required for sanitizing solutions are made available.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • - There was no paper towel and soap installed for handwashing sinks at the front area.- Water pressure at the handwashing sink located at the cookline was low.Ensure handwashing sinks are supplied with soap, paper towel, sufficient hot and cold running water.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Temperature of a cooler at the front/drive through area was at 10C. Walk-in cooler temperature was at 7C. Please ensure temperature of coolers are at or below 4C. All coolers should be supplied with functional thermometers.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The facility appeared unclean and disorganized.Please ensure the required cleaning and organizing of the facility is completed.
