- Fresh eggs at room temperature were observed. Operator declared that eggs were meant to be discarded but missed on doing so after lunch. This was corrected during inspection.

- Deep frier basket was blocking the hand sink. Ensure hand sink is always available for hand washing and not obstructed. This was corrected during inspection.

- The sanitizer dispensing equipment was noted to be leaking. Water is pooling under the dishwashing area. Ensure equipment is repaired immediately.
