- No food-contact surface sanitizer such as 100ppm bleach/chlorine or 200ppm QUAT was readily available. Ensure a food-contact surface sanitizer is readily available. The operator prepared a 100ppm bleach/chlorine sanitizer solution during the inspection.

- Staff were unable to locate chlorine test strips for testing the concentration of chlorine for manual dishwashing and for sanitizer solutions - please purchase chlorine test strips.

- There was no sanitizer available at the time of the inspection. A sanitizer solution must be prepared prior to food handling and must be available at all hours of operation. A 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution was made during the inspection.

- Staff were washing dishes and utensils with detergent only. Staff were informed to wash utensils with detergent, sanitize utensils and equipment in 100ppm chlorine sanitizer for 2 minutes and air dry,

- Front door was propped open. Entry doors are required to be closed (unless a screen is installed) to prevent the entry of pests into the facility.

- A mesh sieve strainer hanging above the 2 compartment sink was observed frayed and in poor condition. Please discard the mesh strainer.
