      • The paper towel dispenser was jammed and unable to dispense paper towel, please ensure this is repaired so staff can easily dry their hands.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Food (mac & cheese and cut fruit) prepared at 10:30AM was being left out at room temperature with no temperature control until 11:30 when it was meant to be served.Ensure high risk food is hot held, refrigerated, or prepared closer to serving.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Staff indicated that they were not completing the sanitizing step during manual dishwashing. Ensure that dishes being manually washed are washed with soap & water, rinsed off and then sanitized in an approved sanitizer solution.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand sink had bibs being washed in it and they were being hung off the hand sink faucet. Ensure handwashing sink is kept empty and used for handwashing only.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • One of the walls in the kitchen had a panel of unfinished drywall which needed to be adequately finished to enable proper cleaning.Ensure that all surfaces are finished and are smooth, durable, and easy to clean.
