      • A Cloth towel was being shared between children after lunch. This was immediately changed to paper towel.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • On one side of the brown table, a strip has started to come off. Please ensure all the furniture is in good repair to prevent any injuries.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • The sanitizer bottle and the water bottle used for activities were lacking labels. The operator promptly labeled both bottles.
