      • Final Rinse (Sanitize) gauge on dishwasher appears to be inaccurate (repair or replace). Add complete directions for use on spray bottles so workers can follow manufacturers instructions (corrected during inspection).
    • 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF FOOD SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
      • Main commercial fridge not holding <= 4C / 40f in foods. The slight adjustment required was performed by operator and they will monitor to manage issue.
