    • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM.
      • Ashtray can removed during inspection. Clean & sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, dispensers, & door handle in washroom daily & as required. Obtain better floor mopping system to clean washroom. Do not store mops & buckets in the washroom. Verminproof corner of building at back corner outside wall. Follow PCO recommendations.

Remove cardboard from shelving. Fill in burrow holes in ground in back of facility. Verminproof corner of back outside wall. Provide exterior bait stations. Obtain services of professional pest control company.

      • Clean and sanitize washroom fixtures, dispensers and door handle. Clean all surface in washroom. Clean dough room walls, floors and all surfaces. Clean rack and all interior surfaces in fridges. Clean pop fridge and top of large freezer. Remove cardboard from shelving. Plug to holes in ground outside and verminproof corner of back outside wall.
    • 19(2)(b) - FAILING TO PROVIDE ADEQUATELY DESIGNED & APPROPRIATELY LOCATED HANDWASHING FACILITIES.
      • Provide single use paper toweling at handwash and in washroom (corrected during inspection). Repair / replace paper towel dispensers and keep single use toweling inside and protected. Clean sinks daily and as required.
    • 28(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO PROVIDE PROOF OF COMPLETION OF FOOD HYGIENE TRAINING.
      • Provide certificate that is valid and keep on-site. Also ensure one person on-site with training when absent.
