    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • (Outstanding violation)The cold water tap at the front of house hand sink was not functional at the time of the inspection. Staff explained a plumber had been by in the morning but was unable to repair it as they needed to order a part. Once part has arrived the tap will be repaired. Please ensure all hand sinks are in good working order to facilitate proper hand washing.

    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The high-temperature dishwasher was run four times and the sanitizing temperature at the plate level did not exceed 67.6C. The dishwasher must be sanitizing at a minimum temperature of 71C. Please have the dishwasher serviced to ensure it is sanitizing properly. Until this time please manually sanitize all equipment, dishes, and utensils.
