      • A cell phone and keys were observed on a food preparation surface. Please ensure items not associated with food handling are stored in a location separate from food or food contact surfaces to reduce the risk of cross-comtamination.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The undercounter cooler located in the service area kitchen had an ambient air temperature of 8.7C at the time of the inspection. Please adjust the cooler temperature and monitor to ensure it is capable of maintaining a temperature of 4C or below to reduce the risk of pathogen growth and foodborne illness.
