      • - The ambient air temperature of the food preparation cooler in the front area measured 14.7 degrees Celsius. Internal temperatures of high-risk (milk - different varieties) ranged from 12.4 to 14.0 degrees Celsius.*Staff discarded the milk.**Ensure all high-risk foods are stored at a temperature of 4°C or below or 60°C or greater. Have this cooler repaired or replaced. Do not use this cooler for perishable food storage until it can maintain 4 degrees Celsius or less at all times.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The ambient air temperature of the food preparation cooler in the front was measured as 14.7 degrees Celsius.*Have this cooler repaired or replaced. Do not use this cooler for perishable food storage until it can maintain 4 degrees Celsius or less at all times.

      • The operator has completed the AHS Food Safety Basics course but not an approved food safety course. Please complete an approved food safety course and provide the undersigned PHI with a copy of the obtained certificate. A list of the approved courses will be emailed to the operator along with this report.
