- - The weatherstripping on the back door was in disrepair, there were small gaps that could be an entry points for the pests.Action required: Please get it repaired.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- - During the inspection, some spatulas were observed that had rough, deteriorated surfaces, plastic type material was ripping off.Action taken: Staff was advised to discard the spatulas as these are not easily cleanable and plastic material could get into the food. -Staff member onsite discarded those spatulas.-Education was provided to the staff to look around all other equipment that are broken or in disrepair. Either repair or discard those.
