      • OSC - Chemicals in the OSC bathroom were not properly labelled with their contents (all purpose cleaner was observed in a Purexall bottle)

      • 1) Kinder Room - there was electrical outlet with the metal portion of the plug still inside the outlet. The cover was also broken and taped on. Replacement of the outlet and electrical cover required.2) Kinder Room - electrical outlet was missing a protective safety cover.3) Baby Room (0-12 months) - The electrical outlet was not secure to the wall. Some tape was being used to cover holes on the side of the conduit box. Some holes were still open. Please ensure all holes are covered appropriately.4) Pushpins and tacks were observed in the infant and toddler rooms. Pushpins and tacks are not recommended as they could fall out of the wall and be hazardous to young children.5) Teacher lockers over 4 feet could be tipping hazards and are required to be secured to the wall. (OSC and daycare rooms)6) Infant room (0-12 months) - Electrical cords were hanging down in the infant room.

      • 1) Kinder room - The top of the gate and pony wall to the kinder room was wearing, exposing wood which is not smooth and cleanable. Repair or refinishing required.2) Kinder room - the shelving above the sink in the kinder room was wearing, exposing wood. Please ensure the surface is smooth and cleanable.3) Kinder room - The side edge of the counter in the kinder room was unfinished. Finishing required so the edge is smooth and cleanable.4) Baby room (12-19 months) - shelf in the bathroom was wearing. Please ensure the surface is smooth and cleanable.OSC - shelf liner was peeling and the finish was in disrepair on the shelving unit in the OSC room. Repair or replacement required.
