- Corrective Action(s): Operator replaced the empty sanitizer bucket with a new sanitizer bucket. Sanitizer line primed and 50ppm chlorine detected during the final rinse cycle. Reminder to verify chlorine concentration on a daily basis.

Exhaust canopy extended to cover additional cooking equipment - tandoor oven and stove.
