      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection quats concentration in both red sanitizer buckets observed to ~ 50-100ppm. Quats observed to be dispensed at ~ 50-100ppm from the chemical dispensing station at the 3 compartment sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized with 200ppm quats. Adjustmentss made to the the water temperture used to dispense bulk quats, quats now dispensed at 200ppm at 24 degrees C.

      • Observation: At the time of inspection quats observed at 50-100ppm from the chemical dispensing station at the 3 compartment sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized with 200ppm quats. Adjustment made to the the water temperture used to dispense bulk quats, quats now dispensed at 200ppm at 24 degrees C. Service the chemical dispensing station if required. Correct by February 24, 2026. Reminder to verify quats concentration with available test strips.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection, sanitizer container with wiping cloths stored in solution 0ppm quats. 0ppm quats dispensed from the chemical dispensing station at the 3 compartment sink. Bulk quats sanitizer container in holder at 3 compartment sink empty.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff had ordered the bagged bulk quats sanitizer in error. Staff transferred quats product from the bag into the empty container. Quats adequately dispensing now at 200ppm at the 3 compartment sink. 3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing and available for use in container with wiping cloths stored in solution. Reminder to verify quats concentration with test strips.
