- Some serving utensils were being washed in the domestic dishwasher. - Please ensure all utensils uses are properly washed, rinsed, then sanitized by submersion. Or are washed in the commercial dishwasher onsite.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- 1) No hand sanitizer at the main hot chocolate station. - Please ensure there is hand sanitizer at all drink dispensing locations. 2) Paper towel at the hand sink in the prep tent was not in a dispenser. - Please acquire an appropriate dispenser.
