      • No chlorine test strips could be located onsite. - Please acquire appropriate test strips to ensure disinfectants are at the correct concentration.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Hats were being cleaned weekly along with other dress-up costumes, and not after each child's use. - Please ensure any hats are cleaned (washed in washing machine) after each child's use.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • The hot water tap at the left side handwashing sink in the chipmunk room was not working, may have been turned off due to a drip. - Please ensure all handwashing sinks have both hot/cold running water.

      • There was a loose string light on the floor of the Elk Room. - Remove these string lights, ensure all cords are out of reach of children.

      • Staples used on art boards through-out facility. Although these are out of reach for children, excess staples should be removed so that they do not inadvertently fall off the wall.

      • 1. One bank of lights in Pika room is missing cover. Replace cover or provide shatterproof lightbulbs.2. Ceiling is stained in laundry room from previous water damage. Replace stained ceiling tiles and monitor for additional leaks.3. Undetermined if windows in all rooms that are within 1m of the floor are shatterproof or are covered with safety film. Please confirm.
