- The owner of the personal service business did not submit a notification about the business to the Alberta Health Services. Submitted during the inspection.

- Hand sink in the waxing room was not supplied with paper towels in the proper paper towels dispenser. Please provide.

- Combs were not washed prior to disinfection, as required - hair was observed in the Barbicide solution. Ensure that combs are washed prior to disinfection. It was addressed during the inspection.

- No tools were available for tweezers cleaning. Addressed during the inspection.

- Re-usable cups were provided for coffee service. They were removed during the inspection, and single-use cups were provided.
