- Surface wear was noted on two wooden gym benches; refinishing is required. Please refinish/seal the benches.

- Expired alcohol swabs were found. Please obtain a Type 2 first-aid kit with valid supplies.

- No warm water was detected at any handwashing sink in either washroom after running the taps for several minutes. Water temperature measured approximately 16C using an IR and a probe thermometer.Adjust the temperature. Ensure that all sinks are properly maintained and provide warm water to support effective handwashing.
