- CDI - The paper towel dispenser was empty. Staff immediately refilled the paper towel dispenser.

- (1) The edges of the kitchen cupboard doors are peeling and bulging. Some edges can no longer be easily cleaned and disinfected due to their condition. Ensure all surfaces in the kitchen are smooth and non-porous and easy to clean and disinfect.
