      • Observation: 1. Ice cream scoops were observed stored in containers on a stainless steel table in the front service area. This table lacked an appropriate sneeze-guard barrier. Operator informed they had previously intended to use this table for customers to pick up the food, however made changes for the food to be picked up in the front area.

      • 2. Gap was observed in the ceiling near the ware-washing area. Operator informed the ceiling tile had been moved for a pest control visit.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Install an appropriate sneeze-guard barrier in front of the stainless steel table in the front service area; Correct within 2 weeks, and provide an update to the area Environmental Health Officer.
