      • Container of chicken nuggets was left out at room temperature without temperature control. Chicken nuggets were measured at 12.2 degrees C. Discarded the chicken nuggets. Store perishable foods at 4 degrees C or below or at 60 degrees C. or higher.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • No pest report onsite for review. Provide pest reports.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Food debris, deep grooves and black stains were on the green cutting boards.Resurface or replace the cutting boards.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Reusable cloth wipes in sanitizer bucket and on the shelf and sink tap were torn and covered with stains.Replace them when they get to this condition. Reusable cloth wipes were replaced by staff during inspection.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Take out utensils were stored with business end up. Store all utensils with business end down.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Degreaser was stored in Kayquat sanitizer bottle. Degreaser was discarded during inspection. Re-label bottles if another chemical is stored in the bottle.
